Position 1: Marketing Specialist

What You Will Do

1、Manage WAFI's social media and new media platforms, ensuring timely and accurate updates.

2、Create compelling content on industry news, product launches, and event promotions to enhance our brand presence.

3、Analyze data from various platforms and refine marketing strategies for optimal effectiveness.

4、Develop marketing collateral to maintain brand consistency and professionalism.

5、Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure the successful execution of the conference.

6、Monitor market dynamics and industry trends to adapt marketing strategies effectively.

What We Are Looking For

1、Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, agriculture, or a related field.

2、Experience in new media operations and familiarity with platform workflows.

3、Proficient in English; CET-6 or an IELTS score of 6.5 or above is preferred.

4、Strong copywriting skills and a creative mindset.

5、Familiarity with new media management tools and data analysis software.

6、Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

7、Keen insight into market trends and strong analytical capabilities.

Position 2: Business Specialist

What You Will Do

1、Analyze market potential and development trends of agricultural technology innovations.

2、Participate in the planning and execution of sales strategies for the conference.

3、Communicate deeply with industry clients to understand their needs and facilitate project implementation.

4、Actively engage in sales negotiations and client visits to explore partnership opportunities.

5、Assist with other tasks as directed by supervisors.

What We Are Looking For

1、Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in agriculture, plant science, biological sciences, marketing, or related fields.

2、Familiarity with sales processes and market development strategies; strong communication and negotiation skills.

3、A genuine interest in agricultural technology and sales, with a commitment to advancing global agricultural development.

4、Strong collaborative spirit and ability to integrate seamlessly into a team.

Your Work Schedule & Location

Internship Duration:February 15, 2025, to October 15, 2025

Working Hours: Marketing Specialists are required to work at least 3 days a week, while Business Specialists should work at least 2 days a week (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).

Location:International Conference Center, China Agricultural University, Jinma Building A, Haidian District, Beijing.

Compensation: 150-200 RMB/day for Marketing Specialists; 150 RMB/day for Business Specialists.
